WHAT WE DO AND
WHY IT MATTERS.
Most people have learned from our culture that they don’t talk about feelings and emotions. Many do not take an interest in their own health and well-being. Members of the The Shed gather in an environment where collegiality pervades and friendships can develop. And, importantly, there is no pressure. People can just come and have a chat or dig in and work on a project.
